Portable & Small Fuel Cells

If you have an interest in seeing a live demonstration of a portable power solution for first responders (fire, police, ambulance, safety, etc.), then plan to join us on April 28-30 for FuelCellSouth 2008 in Greenville, South Carolina at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The Portable & Small Fuel Cell team is actively recruiting members for collaborative initiatives in the healthcare, communications, transportation, and consumer electronic application areas. Each of these application areas makes use of different fuel cell technologies and feedstocks.

At past FuelCellSouth Partners Forum Meeting we have had program dedicated to DoD Battlefield and Mobility/Mission-supporting fuel cell solutions. Individuals and/or companies that have manufacturing or design expertise are encouraged to participate. Also, If you have an interest in solid polymer technologies or have specific direct methanol application needs, then consider forming a working group.

New Working Groups Forming...

If you have an interest in portable and/or back-up power, then consider joining the FuelCellSouth Portable/Back-Up Power Working Group.

Working Groups establish their own agenda and report back monthly on their progress. Each Working Group also recommends and assists in developing the program for the annual southeastern fuel cell and hydrogen technology conference.
